DecisionTeam is currently offered as a free, invite-only beta. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Business Context: Industry, role, company size, and other profile details you provide
Session Data: Advisory conversations, team configurations, and document content
Usage Data: Page views, feature usage, and navigation behavior

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide and personalize your advisory experience
Maintain conversation context across sessions
Improve the platform based on aggregated usage
Send important updates about your account

We do not read your conversations or documents.

We do share limited identifiers such as your email address with advertising partners to support our marketing.

We do use tracking cookies and pixels to help us understand our users, usage patterns, and support our marketing.

4. AI Processing

Your session data is sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate advisory responses, assist with data entry, and process documents. We access these providers through their commercial APIs. Under those agreements, your inputs and the resulting outputs are not used to train their models, and we do not use your data to train any models. In addition to AI Processing, we work with trusted third-party providers for:

We host the platform on Microsoft Azure and Hetzner servers located in the United States. We follow industry-standard practices including encryption and access control.

This platform is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. International Users

By using the service from outside the U.S., you consent to data processing and storage in the United States, which may be governed by different privacy laws than those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or displayed in your account. The most current version will always be available on our website.
